<summary>Cannot read the ID of pilot in video</summary>

In the event you cannot verify the ID of the pilot in their submission video, you may request a copy of their ID via email. Zephyr does not support uploading, storing, or sharing ID images through the website.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Video format unrecognized or will not play</summary>

In the event that the submission video cannot be played through the pilot’s sharing platform of choice, you may download the video to attempt the review.

If your computer cannot natively play the video format, we recommend using[ VLC Media Player](https://www.videolan.org/vlc/) to try playing the video or converting the video using [Handbrake](https://handbrake.fr/) to a recognized format.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Video link is set to private or taken down</summary>

Sometimes a pilot might not set their link to shareable. In this case, you may mark the submission as “reattempt required” with a note saying the video link is not accessible.

Sometimes YouTube or other sharing platforms might block or remove specific content that violate their terms of service. In this case, you may mark the submission as “reattempt required” with a note saying the video is not accessible.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.zephyr-sim.com/certifications/reviewing-a-certification/reviewer-faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
