Zephyr currently supports Google and Microsoft SSO

Zephyr Linked Accounts Options

New Account

If you do not have an existing Zephyr account, you can simply:

  1. Click "Log In" in the navbar

  2. Click your relevant SSO option on the Log In window

  3. Finish the login flow with your chosen account

If we find an existing Zephyr account

Existing Zephyr account found
  1. Click "Continue"

  2. Login to your Zephyr account using your Zephyr password (not your SSO account's password)

    1. If you don't know your password, you can click "reset your password" and follow the instructions

    2. Once you reset your password, please follow the "Link Existing Account" instructions below

Login to existing Zephyr account

  1. Login to your existing Zephyr account

  2. Go to "User Settings" (click on your profile icon or the cog icon in the navbar)

  3. Click "Linked Accounts"

  4. Click "Link" on the account you'd like to connect

  5. Follow the instructions to complete linking

Once linked, you may now use your SSO account to login to Zephyr

  1. Login to your existing Zephyr account

  2. Go to "User Settings" (click on your profile icon or the cog icon in the navbar)

  3. Click "Linked Accounts"

  4. Click "Unlink" on the account you'd like to disconnect

You SSO account is now unlinked from your Zephyr account
